In order to make a statement, a good strong presentation is able to be delivered that can be rewarding to both the writer and speaker. It gives them a sense of power, knowing that they have given such valuable information and also has given the writer a chance to express their ideas. A writer must put their point across strongly and clearly for the recipients to gain the information that they are requiring through this statement. If a person does not require such tools to make an effective and impressive report or speech, they will not be able to give their presentation effectively and will possibly suffer the consequences of their poor writing skills.
